Trilogy Care exists because our founder watched his own parents-in-law need more support to stay in the home they loved, and couldn't find an easy way to help them do it well.

Today, we're celebrating the people we're lucky enough to support, and the passion that fuels everyone who works here.

That's still what drives us. Every person on our team, Care Partners and head office alike, does this work because they believe older Australians deserve to live independently, on their own terms, for as long as possible.

My entry into the Aged Care sector was inspired by the time I spent supporting my mother during the inaugural Kin Carers forums. This experience sparked a deep-seated interest in the industry and a firm belief in the importance of introducing more young adults to this field. Engaging with this community offers a unique perspective that truly broadens one’s mind and world view. In my current role at Kin Carers, I focus on administration, client support, and digital media—areas that allow me to channel my passion into meaningful impact for Aged Care communities across Australia.

advocating for and supporting the aging population, and I’ve dedicated my career to ensuring that our elders are treated with the respect and
care they truly deserve.

Hi, I'm Deb.
As founder of Kin Carers, my aged care journey begun whilst organising a home care package for my mum. After viewing a landline episode featuring Bell Cares founder, I was inspired to create my own community care model in Central Queensland. Since its creation, Kin Carers has continued to care for the aged population throughout
Australia, in partnership with leading Support At Home provider Trilogy Care. With an extensive background in management and a
Certificate III in Learning Support, I bring strong communication skills and empathy to my role as your Care Coordinator.
