June 3 is ๐Œ๐š๐›๐จ ๐ƒ๐š๐ฒ, a time to reflect on the landmark decision that overturned the myth of terra nullius and recognised the enduring connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to Country - a connection that has existed for over 65,000 years.

The Mabo decision led to the introduction of the Native Title Act 1993, forever changing Australia's legal and cultural landscape.
