So honoured to support Wynnum Community Place and the incredible work they do!

A donation today had us losing track of the trolley-loads coming through the doors.. in the best way possible!

Every one of the FIFTY bags we recieved had been packed by hand with essentials and comforts that someone needs when they’ve had to leave because of family and domestic violence.

They won’t sit on our shelves for long.

The amazing Alana drove a very, very long distance to deliver these bags knowing what a lifechanging difference WCP is making for those in need.

Thank you, Hope Given. Words will never quite capture what your generosity means, but because of your support, we’re ready to help the next person who walks through our doors needing a fresh start. 💚

Behind every pack is a community that cares 🤍

We want to say a huge thank you to the amazing people from the Domestic, Family Violence and Community Engagement Group within the Office of the Commissioner who joined us recently for a packing session. Having these officers and civilian staff take the time to pack with us meant the world.

We are so grateful for your time, your hard work, and everything you do for our community!

A huge thank you to .au for dropping off the most beautiful care packages for our clients!

We received packs thoughtfully designed for women, teenagers, and children — each one filled with age-appropriate essentials like toiletries and sanitary products, plus a little something special to bring a smile 💄🧸🎨

These packs are more than just items in a bag. They're a reminder that you are seen, you are valued, and you are not alone. Whether someone is fleeing an unsafe situation or simply need the everyday essentials —.au is helping make that journey a little easier.

This Wednesday is National Domestic and Family Violence Remembrance Day.

This is a day to honour the lives lost to domestic and family violence and to stand with those who have been affected.

How to join us:
Reflect: Take a moment on Wednesday, 6 May, to remember those lost.
Light a Candle: Light a candle at 6:00pm as a symbol of remembrance and hope.
