A HUGE thank you to Eastcoast Juices!

Our Step Forward students had an amazing day exploring behind-the-scenes at the family-owned farm and local business.

🧃 They enjoyed a fascinating tour of the factory, learning how their favourite juices are made from start to finish.

🍊 The experience didn't stop there! The students then headed out into the orchard where they had the opportunity to pick fresh oranges straight from the trees.

🗺️ To top off a fantastic day, we finished with a picnic at Somersby Falls, exploring the waterfalls.

Thank you to the team at Eastcoast Beverages for your generosity, hospitality and for providing our young people with such a memorable experience. Experiences like these help build confidence, broaden horizons and create lasting memories.

Families shouldn't have to choose between paying their rent, putting petrol in the car, or feeding their kids.

But this is the reality for too many on the Central Coast 💔

As cost-of-living pressures across Australia continue to bite, it’s reassuring to know organisations such as Coast Shelter can offer help when it is needed most.

We're proud to be a part of the Central Coast Domestic Violence Committee.

It brings local services, groups experts and passionate volunteers together to find ways to better support locals impacted or at-risk of domestic and family violence, to work towards prevention and to educate the community.

📆 Our free community forum on Monday, 22 June and 27 July at Gosford Regional Library is an example of this. All Coasties welcome! We'd love to see you.

Gosford Public School has taken advantage of this PJ weather 🥶

Their P&C recently organised a pyjama day at the school with all funds raised going towards our work in the community with vulnerable people and families.

A HUGE thank you to Sanitarium Health Food Company AU!

A group of our Step Forward students had the opportunity to attend an incredible Job Ready Workshop hosted by the team.

Throughout the day, our young people gained valuable skills to help prepare them for employment, including:

✅ Resume writing
✅ Interview skills and confidence building
✅ Workplace expectations
✅ Tips for finding and securing employment

The workshop was topped off with a delicious lunch, which was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone!

These types of opportunities are invaluable for our young people. They not only build practical skills, but also increase confidence, motivation, and belief in their ability to achieve their employment goals.

💙 Thank you to the team at Sanitarium for investing in the future of our young people and creating such a welcoming and engaging learning experience. We truly appreciate your support of the Step Forward program and the positive impact you are making in our community.
