Healthcare Evolutions Medical Group is a growing network of medical practices across the Hunter Region, committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services. We are looking for a proactive and organised Team Coordinator to support our local and remote teams.
About the Role:
As a Team Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations across our practices. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and supporting both onsite and offsite staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage staff rosters across multiple practices.
• Oversee stock taking and inventory management for all sites.
• Act as the main communicator between onsite teams and our remote team . (areas of work , Media,HR,IT,Accounts).
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct weekly visits to practices to monitor operations and provide support.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers on an as-needed basis.
About You:
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Confident communicator and team player.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in healthcare or medical practice coordination is an advantage.
