🔥 Sweatlodge + Brunch + Jams! 🔥

After the cancellation of the Greenlight Markets last Sunday, we decided to throw together an impromptu gathering so we could still share our foodie offerings to the community - a hot cup of Honour Cacao & a nourishing polenta porridge on a cold wintery day ❄️

We turned up the heat by piling into a hot natural sweatlodge where we detoxified our bodies for around 20 minutes. This was followed by a couple of rounds of breathwork and then a second round of sweating it all out!

The feeling after is fantastic... especially if you don't push it too hard and let your own body guide your experience. A shower afterwards followed by a fresh change of clothes and bam' the day's feelin good.

Brunch was served 🥣 and the consensus.... damn good & unique!

After that, we settled into some community hangs and jams, where we spoke about life, nature, earth and simply... just being.

Introducing…🥄The Sacred Spoon! 🥄

A pop up Cacao & Polenta Bar by Adrian & Lu ~ created with love and… just the right ingredients that will hit the spot this winter ❄️

Come and visit our first stall this Saturday, between 10.00 AM & 4.00 PM at the ✨

We’ll be servin up all the nourishing and yummy things that you’d want on a cold winters day. Hot Ceremonial Cacao whipped up with warming spices and plant~based milk + delicious Polenta Porridge topped with seasonal fruits, cashew pieces, almond butter, crunchy cacao nibs and more.

+ We’re opening up our little space for impromptu jams and chants.. so if you’ve got a musical instrument and want to come and serenade us + any of the community hangin around. Please do!

We'll be bringing a sprinkle of our magic to the for the upcoming Winter Solstice celebration on Saturday June 20 🔥 🌿❄️

Playing live music in the day and spinning fire in the evening, we'll be sharing our own expressions of moving from 'darkness to light', inviting guests to tune into their own experience of welcoming the light back in.

A couple of photos from our recent day festival, Resonance! 🌈

How amazing to create spaces as such for our community, where we welcomed over 100 guests onto the land of for gathering, celebration, devotional song, dance, live music, expression, honouring and connection.

And, we can’t wait to do it all over again.

What an incredible Saturday at RESONANCE ✨ Festival of Divine Vibrations ✨ Capacity Reached ❤️‍🔥

We couldn't have asked for a better day 🌤️

A potent space of connection, inspiration, expression, authenticity, surrender, sharing, and musical meditation.

Peace, calm, love, and community spirit filled the air. Tears of joy and tears of sorrow were shed. Joy and play in abundance! Authenticity encouraged and all expressions of truth welcome! We can hold it together.

A huge thank you to the organisers, custodians of the land, space-holders, musicians, artists, volunteers, and greater community for contributing towards creating, holding and participating in this magical event - we couldn't have done it without every single person's unique contribution.

And how amazing was the food served by Tam! 🍛🍛

Who's keen for another!? 😜
