Michael's working hard on handmade special order pallets for Denmar Apiaries.

These pallets will be used to safely transport bee hives out at Cloyna. The workshop team were more than happy to do something a little bit different. Fantastic work team! 🌟

Jen's working hard to get through the mountains of shredding before our last shredding run of the financial year on the 18th of June.

The run is filling up fast - don't forget to book in to have your bin collected if you want it done by tax time!

Check out the Kitchen's new toy...

On the right is our new Planetary Mixer - it's double the size of our usual mixers (on the left). This was one of the appliances purchased with the funds donated to Gumnut through the 2025 Grand Primo Appeal thanks to the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes (G.A.B.).

This upgrade to our equipment will give the Kitchen Crew a higher output with each batch. We're very excited!

We all know Dan - he's very experienced in towing heavy loads in his ute. Because of his impeccable driving record, he's now stepping up to deliver our pallets out to Teys in the work vehicle.

Dan's good driving is one of the many skills that makes him an incredibly valuable member of the Workshop team. Way to go Dan!

10 years ago today, Gumnut was fortunate enough to be presented with the 2016 Australian Disability Enterprise Excellence Award at the Disability At Work Conference in Canberra.

This award was a monumental achievement for all the people who were involved in making Gumnut the thriving enterprise it was 10 years ago, and continues to be today.

Gumnutters have always been among Crow FM's biggest fans.

The crew has always tuned in morning and afternoon during the daily bus run from Kingaroy. We were also the winners of $1,000 during the 2024 Footy Tipping competition courtesy of Steinhardts Building and Construction - not to mention the many many freebies from the famous blue Esky.

From one community organisation to another, thank you to the Crow Crew for all the joy you've brought us over the years, and in the years to come! 🎉🎉

Thank you to Commonwealth Bank Murgon for selecting Gumnut as a recipient of a 2026 CommBank Community Donation!

This money will go towards purchasing a coffee machine and plenty of coffee beans for everyone to share in the break room.

With the current cost of living squeeze, treats like a morning coffee are always appreciated by the team. ☕☕

We're hitting the roof with excitement! 🎉

The Laundry's upgrade to the Rapid-O system is complete, with help from Tensens and Christeyns.

This new system will shorten our washing times, and make our washes more efficient with new chemicals combined with an ozone generator. The washes are also done at ambient temperatures with less rinse cycles which reduces the risk of textile damage, along with considerable environmental benefits.

We're already reaping the benefits from the new system - thanks to Ben, Richard, and everyone else who made it happen.
