Monday 20th July saw the Wondai Branch join with Wooroolin for their respective AGMs.

Nanette received her 'New Member' pack from Eileen Vos our Division President.

Eileen also presented badges to Eileen and Lois from our Wondai Branch for 50 years and 40 years membership respectively.

What a great achievement πŸ‘πŸ½πŸŽ‰

This morning's craft meeting at the QCWA Wondai was all about food and conversation and there is nothing at all wrong with that!

For those that guessed Nuts and Bolts from the ingredient clues in our last post ..well done!

Also for morning tea, we had cheese twists, cheese scrolls and for a sweet ending chocolate spiders!

Where is all this leading???

It is leading to a 'Christmas Treats' Recipe Booklet which we intend to have printed and ready by the end of September.

More photos next month before the big reveal!

Next meeting- Monday 3rd August at 10am at the Hall in McKenzie Street Wondai. Hope to see you there. πŸ’•

Thank you to those who were able to attend our Meeting in Wondai today. Also in attendance were representatives from CTC to talk about Domestic Violence. Discussion involved how men, women and children are affected and how the QCWA ladies can help by providing some necessary supplies for those who call CTC for assistance.

Our next meeting is a craft morning on the 17th June at the QCWA building in MacKenzie Street Wondai. Don't worry if you don't do craft as we are happy to provide a cuppa, conversation and company for those who wish to attend.
