Half marathon and full marathon runners can also leave personal food and drinks at the start line for delivery to designated aid stations along the course🍌🥤

This year, we're introducing the Crow FM 90.7 Wondai 1km Time Trial 🏃‍♂️

Replacing the Dash for Cash, this 500m out-and-back challenge features staggered starts, so you're racing the clock, not each other ⏱️

Your $5 entry fee supports cancer research through Ride for Relay, with age-graded results giving everyone a shot at the podium 🏆

Go all out for a PB or use it as the perfect warm-up for race day 🤩

Following the popular Wondai parkrun course, the 5km event offers a fun challenge for runners of all abilities. You'll tackle the uphill section in the first half before turning for home and enjoying the downhill run back to the finish, with just a little sting in the tail at the end to keep you honest!

We're delighted to have Go Getta Girls Inc as the naming sponsor for our 11.1km Forest Trail event!

Go Getta Girls is a supportive women's walking and running group for those aged 18+, bringing together women of all fitness levels in a welcoming and encouraging environment. Meeting every Monday and Thursday morning at Memorial Park on Burnett Street, Kingaroy, the group offers both 5:45am and (during winter) 6:30am start times. And Saturday 5.30 am longer runs. With experienced coaches on hand, they're passionate about helping women start or continue their walking and running journey.

Starting from the Rail Trail behind Wondai Town Hall, this scenic trail run winds through the stunning McEuen Forest, featuring beautiful spotted gum and wattle woodland and an undulating cross-country course that showcases some of the best natural scenery the South Burnett has to offer.

⚠️ There are two great Saturday afternoon events to choose from, but participants can only enter one event, not both!

✅ Beautiful forest trails
✅ Fully marked course
✅ Sweeper on course to ensure everyone gets home safely
✅ Perfect for runners looking for a shorter trail challenge
