Eagle & Lenny from the Smooth Operators Variety Bash Car 3858 crew had some fun test driving McInnes Earthmoving’s brand new Komatsu excavator — and let’s just say, they fit right in behind the controls! Thanks to Andrew the Smoothest Operator for letting the bid kids have a play!

A huge thank you to Plunkett Civil for their generous support and donation toward our Smooth Operators Variety Bash Car 3858 fundraising efforts. Your contribution is greatly appreciated and helps us continue raising vital funds through the Variety Bash for kids and families who need it most.

Andrew McInnes (the Smoothest Operator) and the team at McInnes Earthmoving have a strong working relationship with Plunkett Civil, with Plunkett regularly contracted to McInnes across a range of civil construction and road infrastructure projects throughout Victoria. These works include road construction, earthworks packages, and associated civil delivery where reliable subcontractors are essential to getting projects completed safely and efficiently.

🎉 Fundraising Update – Trivia Night Success! 🎉

The Smooth Operators Variety Bash Car 3858 team is thrilled to announce we raised a total of $1,910 at our recent Trivia Night!

After tallying TryBooking bookings, direct donation bookings, cash & gold coin takings, and accounting for catering deductions, we are absolutely rapt with this fantastic fundraising result.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported the night — your energy, generosity, and good humour made it such a success. We’d also like to give a special shout-out to the amazing local businesses who donated prizes and goods; your support helped make the night what it was. And a special shout out to the Metung Bowls Club for the brilliant venue!

This is a fantastic boost to our ongoing fundraising efforts for Variety the Children's Charity, and every dollar brings us one step closer to making a real difference for kids in need.
