Looking to develop your skills during the off-season and hit the ground running this summer?

Registrations are now open for the 2026 Softball Victoria Junior Development Program, in partnership with affiliated clubs and associations!

Designed for players aged **7-15 years**, this 6-week program provides the perfect opportunity to develop fundamental softball skills, improve game sense, build confidence and have fun in a supportive environment.

✅ Beginner to Intermediate Players
✅ Delivered by experienced and accredited Coaches and Sate
representative players
✅ Develop Batting, Fielding, Throwing, Catching & Base Running

Today marks the day in 1991 when the International Olympic Committee announced that women’s softball would be added to the Summer Olympics, a landmark moment that helped put the sport on the global stage.

World Softball Day is about recognising that moment and celebrating how far the game has come since , from local clubs to international competition.

Whether you're involved on or off the diamond, today’s a chance to acknowledge the impact of the sport and the community around it.
