Last night, we had the privilege of celebrating an incredible milestone with Queensland Meals on Wheels at their 70th Anniversary Gala.

As a proud event sponsor, we were honoured to recognise seven decades of impact and the vital role Meals on Wheels continues to play in supporting older Australians to stay connected, independent and well in their communities.

We were also delighted to share the evening with two of our amazing Inclusee volunteers, Nerida and Darren, along with four dedicated Queensland Meals on Wheels volunteers who joined us at our table. Their commitment to creating connection and supporting others is what makes communities stronger.

Congratulations to Queensland Meals on Wheels on 70 remarkable years of service and impact. Here's to the next chapter of making a difference together.

Inclusee is a not-for-profit organisation that helps older Australians and unpaid carers connect through online social groups and activities. Our community brings people together to share interests, build confidence, create friendships and feel part of something bigger.

Everyone can try Inclusee free for one month. There's no pressure, no special technology skills needed, and our friendly team will help you get started every step of the way and help eligible participants explore government funding pathways to continue with no out-of-pockets expenses.

Today is Aged Care Employee Day, a chance to recognise and celebrate the incredible people who make a difference in the lives of older people every day.

At Inclusee, our work looks different to many aged care organisations. We may not always be providing physical care, but we are providing something that is equally important: connection, belonging, purpose and community.

Every day, through our Virtual Community Centre, older people who may otherwise experience loneliness and isolation have opportunities to laugh, learn, share their stories, make friends and feel part of something bigger. That impact should never be underestimated.
