🎃HALLOWEEN DISCO🎃
What a fantastic night!!
It was great to see so many youth members join Mavis on Friday night and get into the spooky season. Hearing that so many enjoyed their time as much as we did is just splendid!
A big thank you to The Chocolateries - Mornington Peninsula for donating the prize, a one meter long chocolate bar, to the winner for the best costume contest. It was a very difficult decision with such amazing outfits 👻
Thank you to all that helped out in making this night run so smoothly - we all appreciate it greatly 🙏🙏

🏕️CUBOREE🏕️
What a week…
Mavis was lucky enough to spend some time at Cuboree at the beginning of the month, getting to know every bathroom and portaloo very personally, especially with the circumstances we were under 🌧️
The amount of hard work and dedication that this team put into making sure that Cuboree was kept clean and tidy was very impressive, even with the group having a couple of hiccups, we powered through and made the best out of this experience.
We had many thanks from all that we met along the way - making us feel very appreciated 🥰
A big thanks to everyone involved in making Cuboree run so smoothly, what a fantastic event 🙌

⭐️SEPTEMBER THROWBACK⭐️
Over the course of this month, we’ve had the opportunity to spend time with others across scouting
Including:
* the awesome m&m camp where we got to spend time with some of our favourite vic rovers
* two investitures of members into our unit
* and the inter-unit nerf battle where Mavis definitely won 👀👀
Additionally, we assisted with Cuboree and were able to interact with some of the younger sections across the week.
Looking forward to connecting with some of our other sections in future planned events and updating y’all on what Mavis gets up to 🙌💃

🤩 INTER-UNIT NERF BATTLE 🤩
You already know it was a exciting night!!
The Mavis unit, A.B Balcombe Rover Crew ⚜️🐉 , Bruce Davies Rover Crew , and 🏴‍☠️⚜️Mordy Rover Crew ⚜️🏴‍☠️ joined together at Camp Niall..
The units were split into groups and then fought for the flag of the opposing team
It was unclear who was the winning bunch but the joys of playing was the win overall
Till next time‼️‼️

Well done to all the cubs, scouts, venturers and rovers for such a spectacular performance - there is so much talent in the scouting community! 🎭👏
