So berry entertaining 🍇
Well done to all the cubs, scouts, venturers and rovers for such a spectacular performance - there is so much talent in the scouting community! 🎭👏
After everyone took their final bow, we kept up the energy at the after party. A fun way to finish off the night with great vibes and people. Looking forward to the next amazing show that these talented people put together 🙌

Over this past weekend, the Mavis unit and friends headed up to the Baw Baw shire. Way too much fun was had by all but we could handle it 👀
The group got up to skiing, venturing on the trails and just taking a relaxing break in the lodge ⛷️🏂
What a great end to the season - wishing for more snow and a longer winter season next time round 🤞🤞

🌨️🏂SKI WEEK 5 🏂🌨️

During this week, we had four of our Mavis members attend the Bogong Rover Chalet
There was a great amount of snow on one fortunate night which majority enjoyed with a sunset ski - Very Nice!!
Some rovers were invested into the alpine rover crew - including one of our own
Congratulations Gene for this investiture! 🙌
A Mavis member ran their first ski tour which was a Great Success and another was lucky enough to spend a second week at the chalet 🎿
What a great week spent with the best people!
Our unit is looking forward to the next time we can join other amazing crews on an adventure that You’ll Never Get anywhere else ❄️☃️

Lots of fun and new experiences throughout the week - Great Success!
We had five of our members attend the Bogong Rover Chalet in Week 4 - aka Borat Moot
A time well spent with many newcomers that had never skied before and with just as many welcoming experts in the chalet.
Among the many newbies, we had two Mavis members join the Alpine Crew - congratulations to Kinshuk and Evie for this investiture 👏
A huge thank you to everyone that made this week so memorable ⛄️❄️

Looking back over the last year, Mavis has been here, there and everywhere.
Our AGM was accompanied by great friends and family reminiscing our escapades🕺
Including spending time with other units on joint nights and camps, exploring activities that many have never done before, interacting with all sections of scouting, and being a part of many fantastic fundraising events and community based activities ⛺️☃️
A big thank you to all that joined us in experiencing our great past year, and good luck to the new unit council 🎉🎉

Earlier this month, Mavis, bedazzled as circus goers, journeyed to mullumbimbaru’s annual cocktail night!!
There was many efforts to be so very extravagant, meeting other wonderful rovers and friends that dressed fabulously at the circus destination 🎟️🤹
All enjoyed exploring their crazy side + sampled delicious creative beverages.
What a fantastic night - we cannot wait to see what happens next year 🤡🤡
