Last night was international pancake day, so our Venturers celebrated by taking part in a series of short and sweet challenges that had to do with pancakes!

Tonight, our venturers set up a waterslide at the back of the hall using tarps, water and soap! We had lots of fun sliding down the waterslide with each other!

Tonight, we welcomed back our venturers for the year by making bottle rockets with old plastic bottles and decorating them with cardboard, and we also helped to move some stuff to prepare for our hall renovations!

Tonight, we had an end of term beach party down at Frankston Beach where we had fun time together swimming in the water, digging each other in the sand, and enjoying a nice sunset. We hope everyone has a nice school holidays, we can’t wait to see you again!

Tonight, our venturers had a nice meal at the local RSL for Remembrance Day to honour those who gave their lives in service for our country.

Tonight at Ventures We Learnt to Sew 🧵 We had fun sewing and talking with each other, we were in stitches of laughter all night.

The ANZAC Day dawn service marks a solemn begging to the day, giving us a chance to remember and honor those who served. We gathered as the sun was rising to pay our respects, with moments of silence and heartfelt tributes. During the service, we planted poppies and laid a wreath as a sign of our gratitude. After the service, we all enjoyed a gunfire breakfast hosted by Frankston RSL. Later on, a few members of our unit participated in the ANZAC march to show our appreciation and remember the bravery of our veterans.
