parkrun is about so much more than just running......it's a great way to socialise while you exercise 😍

While it's true it can be a fun challenge to run the 5km course up and down the hills of Two Rivers Winery; it's also enjoyable walking, talking and taking in the views.

🐕 doggy participants get particularly excited on Saturday mornings as they get to have a nice long walk without being harassed or intimidated by unsupervised dogs. All dogs at parkrun are kept on a short, hand-held lead, and there's plenty of room to give anxious dogs as much space as they need.

Come and join us this Saturday, briefing at 7.50 for an 8 o'clock start. Everyone is welcome 🏃‍♀️
