For Rwandan couple Isaac and Karabo, change feels like a home filled with peace instead of fear 🕊️

After attending the Empower program in 2025, their lives began to transform. Isaac walked away from theft and gang activity, rebuilt trust within his community and started focusing on providing for his family. Together, Isaac and Karabo are now rebuilding their future through honest work, small business and renewed hope.

💛𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆? 💛

At Mnyafula Primary School in eSwatini, change feels like children being safer every single day.

Before the school grounds were fenced, the area was completely open 🐄 Anyone could access the school at any time, and young students could easily wander beyond the school grounds.

Through our partnership with Operation Hope, new fencing could be provided enabling students to learn, play and grow in a more secure environment 🛡️For teachers and families, it means greater peace of mind. For children, it means protection, stability and freedom to simply play ⚽🎒

Sometimes change looks simple. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴, 𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦𝘵𝘺 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨. This EOFY, you can help create lasting change for more children and communities.

💫 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍𝒔 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒔𝒂𝒇𝒆𝒕𝒚💫

For the children at Mnyafula Primary School in eSwatini, change feels like walking through secure school gates each morning.

Since 2022, we’ve partnered with Operation Hope to support and develop Mnyafula Primary School. Alongside new classrooms, toilets and a secure kitchen facility, the school has now received new fencing around the grounds.

What may look like simple fencing has brought something much greater: protection, security and peace of mind for students, teachers and families ❤️

🎓 Change feels like learning in a safe environment

⚽ It’s being able to play freely within protected school grounds

🛡️ It’s knowing children are safer from harm, wandering away, or unwanted access from outsiders

For young primary students, this fencing creates a level of safety that simply didn’t exist before.

This EOFY, you can help bring lasting change to more children and communities.

✨ 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆? ✨

For a single mother in eSwatini 🇸🇿 change felt like watching her children smile with confidence again 💛

Ruth is a single mother who works tirelessly through her small business to provide for her young children. Despite her hard work, she struggled to afford school uniforms for them. Without the correct uniforms, her children were unable to attend school, impacting their futures significantly 📚

Together with our local partner, Operation Hope, we were able to provide school uniforms for her children. What may seem like a simple uniform became dignity, belonging and hope for a brighter future 🌱

Stories like Ruth's are not about statistics or numbers on a page. These are real lives in need of new beginnings 🤩 Together, we can help others experience lasting change, and maybe even feel a little changed ourselves.

Kedella’s trauma recovery work continues to transform lives—one child at a time 🌱

Through the restorative care approach of our local partner LEADS Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka, children who have experienced trauma are given a safe space to heal, rebuild their confidence, and rediscover their sense of self. With consistent psychosocial support, education, and creative activities, they are not only recovering—but growing in resilience, skills, and hope.

From counselling and life skills to learning, play, and family reintegration, Kedella’s programs are helping children return to their families stronger, supported, and ready for a brighter future 💛

Trauma recovery programs facilitate healing and restoration, helping these precious children regain their dignity, find hope and create pathways for their future. You can be part of enabling this important work, follow the link to give:

You may remember the Lukhetseni Community who started a Poultry Project in the hope of bringing transformation to their community? 🐔 This co-operative continues to inspire us with their resilience and initiative 🤩

With CBL's support, the group have been able to get electricity connected to their chicken house 💡 unlocking new opportunities. As part of our mentoring of the co-operative, Operation Hope arranged a training session that the group were able to host in their building, using a projector. Next step are plans to invest in a deep freezer that will reduce feed costs and improve sales.

A steady flow of community members buying chickens has a significant impact on local livelihoods. With growing skills, and reliable power, the Lukhetseni Community is building a more sustainable future 🌱💫

Transformation in Progress! 🌱

On April 13th, CARSA, in partnership with Compelled By Love, launched the "Vision to Prosperity" training for 51 Resilience and Cell Group (RCG) members in Muhanga District, Cyeza Sector.

We are now on Day 3, and the atmosphere is shifting. Participants are moving beyond traditional perspectives, embracing a new mindset (Guhindura imyumvire) regarding both conflict resolution and community development.

It’s inspiring to see our members realize that true prosperity begins when we change how we think and how we relate to one another.

Keep these 51 pioneers in your prayers as they complete their journey toward a brighter future! 🇷🇼
