VACCHO is hosting a series of Community Question Time events in the lead up to the State election on 28 November.

This is the fourth year that VACCHO has hosted these insightful panel style events which provide a valuable platform for conversations that are powerful and raw.

Three events will provide unique opportunities for local Aboriginal community members to question political representatives about their commitments and election priorities.

13 year old Leihani Zoric has become the first Aboriginal surfer to win a World Title championship!

The Yued girl from Byron Bay is the youngest International Surfing Association (ISA) Under 18 World Junior Champion of all time, making it a historic win in more ways than one.

Congratulations to Leihani for making waves on a world stage 🏄🏽‍♀️

Wednesday nights at the Wathaurong Karroong Kanyool Youth Hub!

Come along to Karroong Kanyool Youth Hub every Wednesday from 4pm–6pm for Youth Group at 20A Forster Street, Norlane.

There’s something different happening each week, including cultural activities, mentoring, life skills, sporting opportunities and plenty of chances to connect with other young mob.

Open to mob aged 12–28 years, with dinner provided each week.
