What a wonderful morning we shared at Donwood!

With our regular performers unavailable, Anna and Freda arrived all the way from Sweden and had the room buzzing with energy and smiles. Their entertainment was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

Steph kept the crowd engaged throughout the morning as we sang, laughed, reminisced, and enjoyed each other's company. The atmosphere was filled with joy, connection, and plenty of happy memories.

Of course, no Morning Melodies would be complete without the incredible events & hospitality from our team, who once again created a 2 course culinary delight for everyone to enjoy.

We loved having our community of Social Support of Louisa and Diana Street, along with our friends from Arcare in Croydon.

Thank you to all who joined us for another memorable morning of music, friendship, and fun. We can't wait to do it all again.

Kindness is shown in so many ways a warm smile, a helping hand, a listening ear, or simply spending time with someone who needs connection.
Our volunteers bring all of this and more to Donwood every single day. This Friday we celebrate them with a morning tea in their honour.

Today we celebrated Cinco De Mayo a vibrant celebration of life, culture, food and coming together with our delicious Mexican Day Lunch! Residents, clients and staff enjoyed mouth-watering Beef Tacos followed by sweet, crispy Churros for dessert.

The room was filled with laughter, vibrant Colours, wonderful aromas and plenty of smiles as everyone embraced the festive spirit and enjoyed a fun cultural dining experience together. Our residents enjoyed preparing for this event with the colour Découpage pot displayed on each table.
