Coming up at Rosewall's Cafe this week is Lasagna with Hedgehog Slice on Monday. On Tuesday the students will be cooking a Pumpkin & Spinach Risotto with a Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding. Lots to do, lots to try - come by and say hello!

On Monday, in Rosewall's Cafe, the students will be cooking up burgers with a carrot cake for dessert 🤩 Then the students will be in training on Tuesday so there'll be no lunches that day 😭 We hope to see you at one of our Centres this week!

We have a Neuroscientist coming along to talk to us about what our brains are actually doing in times of stress.
