QLD Blue Light Association Inc is a non profit organisation which provides a variety of programs and activities for young people across QLD.

Supporting QLD youth through drug and alcohol-free programs and activities since 1984. We are a not-for-profit charity that have remained steadfast in our mission to support young individuals through drug and alcohol-free programs and activities since our establishment in 1984. Within our community, we hold a vital role by offering guidance and mentorship, with both police officers and civilian vo

lunteers serving as exemplary role models. Our track record, spanning nearly four decades, demonstrates our effectiveness in implementing evidence-based youth development programs. We extend our support to youth in Queensland under the age of 18, providing them with safe and appropriate early intervention programs and activities conducted in an environment completely free from alcohol, drugs, and violence.

At the last few discos we have had 3 of the most amazing police recruits join us.
These guys were so interactive and enthusiastic with the kids and got in and did whatever needed to be to be done to help us.
If these guys are an example of the future in policing then we are in good hands.
Sadly for us but excitingly for them all 3 of them will graduate in a few weeks and take up a posting at Rockhampton, Gympie and the Gold Coast so their time with us comes to an end.
Thomas, Mitchell and Jack, we wish you every success for your future career. Thank you for all your help volunteering with us. You will be very much missed by the kids and by us. Please feel free to come back and visit any time. 👮‍♀️ 👮‍♀️ 👮‍♀️ ❤️

In line with the State of Origin, the football World Cup and footy season we thought it would be a great theme for this Saturdays disco.
Cooroy Memorial Hall
6pm - 8pm
$10.00 CASH ONLY (no eftpos)
Prep & up - 8 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Lucky door prizes

Games, dancing & socialising with your friends, all the latest music and more.
Fully supervised by our amazing police 👮‍♀️ 👮 and blue card volunteers.

The night was pumping for our Flouro disco on Saturday night. The kids had such a great time and so did we. Great to see them interacting with everyone.
Special thanks to our volunteers and also our 3 police recruits Thomas, Jack and Mitch for giving up their time to help in the night. 👮‍♀️ 👮
