Our residents, staff and management extend our deepest condolences to Fahy and her family on the passing of Dr Bob.
Dr Bob played an integral role in establishing Cypress View and shaping the services we provide. Coleambally would not have the health services we are so fortunate to have today without his hard work and dedication to our community.
He dedicated his life to helping others, and our community was deeply fortunate to benefit from his kindness, compassion and care.

💔 We are devastated at the passing of our ‘Dr Bob’ . Dr Bob Byrne started our practice in 2004 in Leeton with his family when the need arose and dedicated many years to Leeton, previously Coleambally, Griffith, Jerilderie and Hay townships. He has worked in the MIA region for 50+ years. He loved what he did and was dedicated to his patients and will be very missed. We are grateful to have had him in our lives and have the honour of working alongside him. His funeral will be held in Coleambally on Thursday 22 October at 12.30pm. Murrumbidgee Medical & Primary Care Centre will be closed this day for staff to attend. Thank you to all who have been his patients and friends 💔
