A fabulous Schools Day yesterday for our Instrumental Discipline held at the Coffs Harbour Education Campus

We enjoyed many wonderful performances, all of which were enthusiastically supported by a fantastic audience turnout.

A huge thank you to all the talented students, staff, and participating schools for your support and contribution to another successful event.
We are incredibly proud of everyone involved 🎶👏🎵

Thank you for the positivity and fun energy you brought to the start of each day. Your warm-up songs, involving both the students and spectators, were so warmly received and created such a wonderful atmosphere. It was an absolute delight to see the huge smiles on everyone’s faces!

Paul was very impressed with the high standard of all the performances over the last two days. Well done to you all!!

What a FABULOUS first day of our Choirs Eisteddfod at the LifeHouse Church 🎤🎶

With over 500 students singing, adjudicator Paul Jarmon was very impressed!

✨️ First session begins at 9.30am sharp (competitors please arrive at 9am) Audience members please be seated by 9.15am.

When submitting your music, please include:
• Song titles
• Duration of each piece
• The section the music is intended for

Deadline: Thursday 14 May by 3:00 pm (please try and get this done earlier if possible)

🚍 BUS DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
Buses must drop off and collect students at the front of the venue only. Please note there is space for a maximum of two buses at a time.

🚽 BATHROOM USE
Please ensure no more than two students enter the bathroom at a time.

‼️ REMINDERS & ACTION ITEMS
Schools may not perform a song for which they have been awarded 1st place in the last five years.
Any students who are not to be photographed must be submitted by email or added to your Google folder. These students should be positioned at the end of the row to assist the photographer.
Please let us know if your school requires any of the following on stage: microphones, keyboard, or chairs.
Please aim to arrive on time, and encourage parents to come a little early to assist our volunteers with seating.
