We are incredibly proud to celebrate our Board Chair, John Cleary, who has been awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in the 2026 King’s Birthday Honours for his service to the community through the not-for-profit sector.

This well-deserved recognition reflects decades of selfless leadership and a deep commitment to ensuring no one is left behind.
At the heart of John’s work is a genuine passion for supporting people who are often overlooked, creating real opportunities for independence, dignity and connection.
In true John fashion, he has shared this moment with the “amazing colleagues, great friends and most importantly family” who have supported him - and the many quiet achievers making a difference every day.

We are honoured to work alongside John and continually inspired by his leadership, his values, and his deep commitment to community.
Congratulations, John – so well deserved 🏅💜
