I’m sharing a short passage from my memoir, A Long Way From No Go, alongside a simple three-step practice to help you reflect, reclaim, and return to your truest self. This is for women seeking cultural wisdom, healing, and personal growth in Canberra ACT, Australia — and beyond. 🌿

Read the excerpt and try this gentle exercise: 1) Notice one line that resonates. 2) Name the feeling it brings up. 3) Choose one small next step you can take this week to honor that feeling. I’ve seen these tiny shifts become powerful openings over time.

If this speaks to you, read a longer excerpt on my site and reserve a spot on the retreat mailing list to stay connected and receive updates: https://wix.to/OATuODJ

Shamanic Cord Cutting: Releasing the Ties That Bind

Shamanic cord cutting is the ancient practice of releasing the energetic ties that bind us, allowing us to move freely to the rhythm of our souls—unburdened by the weight of the past.

I have experienced firsthand how these energetic cords connect us to people, places, and even past lifetimes. Some call them trauma bonds—unseen threads that keep us tethered to pain, heartbreak, and past wounds. Unless we consciously cut these cords, they continue to influence our present, keeping us entangled in cycles that no longer serve us.

I have seen how these energetic imprints act as unseen pathways, shaping our experiences and decisions in ways we may not even realize. They can keep us stuck in patterns of self-doubt, repeating unhealthy relationships, or carrying emotional burdens that don’t belong to us. Many of these cords form from the need to be seen, loved, or accepted. Others stem from deep ancestral wounds, lifetimes of pain, or subconscious agreements we never chose to keep.

But there is a way to release them.

During the Shamanic Womb Healing Ceremony, I will guide you through a powerful cord-cutting ritual to help you release attachments that no longer serve you.

Whether it’s severing energetic ties with past lovers, clearing ancestral programming, or reclaiming your personal power, this ceremony is a profound invitation to let go, foster forgiveness, and step into true energetic sovereignty.

Join me on February 2nd at Tallebudgera Hall for this transformational experience. Spaces are limited, so reserve yours today.
