Over the past 10 days, our “100 Reasons Why” Challenge has focused on the importance of long-term change and ongoing support.

Because helping someone through hardship isn’t just about today - it’s about creating pathways toward a better future.

Here’s a recap of our next 10 reasons:

✨ Support can prevent further hardship
✨ Early help stops crises worsening
✨ Community care creates lasting change
✨ It encourages policy discussions
✨ It supports pathways out of homelessness
✨ It strengthens social networks
✨ It empowers people to rebuild
✨ It supports mental wellbeing
✨ It creates opportunities for recovery
✨ It builds a future with hope

Real change happens when people feel supported, connected and given the opportunity to move forward.

Every conversation, every donation and every act of kindness helps create that future.

We’re now 70 days in… and together we’re continuing to build hope, dignity and community.

💜 What do you think creates lasting change in a community?

Over the past 10 days, our “100 Reasons Why” Challenge has focused on raising awareness and changing the conversation around homelessness.

Because homelessness is often hidden - and understanding leads to compassion, action and change.

Here’s a recap of our next 10 reasons:

✨ Homelessness is often invisible
✨ Awareness leads to action
✨ Education reduces stigma
✨ It opens conversations about poverty
✨ It challenges stereotypes
✨ It highlights real struggles
✨ It shows homelessness can affect anyone
✨ It promotes empathy
✨ It inspires others to help
✨ It shines light on hidden hardship

The more we talk about homelessness, the more we break down judgement and replace it with understanding.

Every conversation matters. Every share matters. Every person matters.

We’re now 60 days in… and together we’re continuing to spread awareness, compassion and hope.

💜 What’s something you wish more people understood about homelessness?

👻 What Our Ghost Represents 👻

You may have noticed the little ghost that appears alongside the No Home, My Home logo and branding. While it might look cute at first glance, it carries a much deeper meaning.

Our ghost symbolises the people in our community who often feel invisible.
Those experiencing homelessness are too often unseen, overlooked, or walked past - as though they’re ghosts in plain sight.

At No Home, My Home, we believe every person deserves to be seen, heard, acknowledged, and treated with dignity.

The ghost is our reminder that behind every person sleeping rough is a real human being with a story, struggles, hopes, and worth. 💙

We see you.
We care.
And we will continue to advocate for compassion, connection, and practical support for those doing it tough.

A heartfelt thank you to Joanne Dickie for the donation of these beautiful, thick wraps 💙

These wraps will provide warmth, comfort, and a little extra care for people doing it tough during the colder months. Donations like these make such a meaningful difference and remind people that their community cares.

We truly appreciate your kindness and generosity, Joanne. 🙌

Over the past 10 days, our “100 Reasons Why” Challenge has highlighted the power of practical support and grassroots community action.

Because every donation, every volunteer, and every act of kindness helps make a real difference to someone doing it tough.

Here’s a recap of our next 10 reasons:

✨ Donations go directly to people in need
✨ Volunteers make real impact
✨ Community partnerships extend support
✨ Every bag packed helps someone
✨ Every dollar counts
✨ Local initiatives reach people quickly
✨ Direct support fills gaps in services
✨ Grassroots programs understand local needs
✨ Small charities make big impacts
✨ Support goes where it’s needed most

Behind every bag, meal and conversation is a community choosing to care.

And that’s what makes change possible.

We’re now halfway through our challenge… 50 reasons shared, 50 more to come.

💜 What’s one way you’ve seen community support make a difference?

💙 Another 3 bags delivered locally💙

Last week we were proud to deliver 3 No Home, My Home bags to Big Yellow Umbrella, a not-for-profit organisation doing incredible work supporting vulnerable children, young people, and families within the community.

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to connect with organisations that are on the ground every day making a real difference in people’s lives. Partnerships like these help ensure our bags reach those who need them most - providing dignity, practical support, and a reminder that people care.

Thank you to the amazing team at Big Yellow Umbrella for the important work you do and for welcoming us so warmly. 💜

A huge thank you to Wilton Sand & Soil for the generous donation of 10 brand new bulker bags 💙

These bags will make a huge difference in helping us store, transport, and organise donations as we continue supporting people experiencing homelessness across our communities.

Support like this from local businesses helps keep everything moving behind the scenes - and we truly couldn’t do what we do without the kindness and generosity of our community.

Thank you for backing our mission and helping us continue making a difference. 🙌
