Beautiful Minds Community Committee-Macarthur

Beautiful Minds Community Committee-Macarthur We are a small group of volunteer advocates, raising awareness for Mental Health programs and service This initiative has been funded by the Dept. of Health.

The Dream
When Beautiful Minds was formed in 2004 we had a dream - that dream was to open a mental health recovery centre in South Western Sydney. With the assistance of the Schizophrenia Fellowship NSW that dream has been realised with the opening of Harmony House in Campbelltown in March 2008. Harmony House provides intensive support to people suffering a mental illness through the Day 2 Day Living Program. of Health & Ageing and supported by the NSW Dept.

📣 In partnership with NSW Health, MHCN has developed six new resources designed to support specific carer, family, and kinship groups in assisting a loved one experiencing mental health concerns.

This brochure includes information that will help you understand suicidality, what to expect in the long-term, how to offer support, maintain your well-being and balance caregiving with your daily life responsibilities.

At all times, if you or someone you know is in a life-threatening situation, please seek help immediately by calling Triple Zero (000).
