Our current Better Outcomes cohort is partway through their 12-week journey — and recently that included a trip to Suited to Success, where they were kitted out in interview-ready outfits.

It's just one piece of what these participants are building alongside their Certificate II in Hospitality, RSA and RSG training — but you can already see the confidence starting to show. Every outfit in this photo is part of getting ready not just to look the part, but to feel ready to walk into a real job interview when the time comes.

These participants aren't finished yet — they're heading toward graduation on 2 October — but moments like this show just how far they've already come.

Three months ago, Cameron nearly walked away from our course. He started the course feeling nervous and low on self-confidence. After a few days, he felt unsure and was tempted to drop out. We encouraged him to push through, and he did! He completed the course, and proved to himself that he could do it.

Today, he's a different person — applying for jobs, attending interviews, even tackling AI chatbot interviews head-on. He tells us proudly of every update, something the old Cameron never would have done.

This is what our course is really about: building the confidence and self-belief that turns into real-world action.

Twelve proud graduates, twelve certificates, and one incredible achievement to celebrate. Our latest cohort of Better Outcomes participants has officially graduated, and we couldn't be prouder of the hard work, dedication, and growth we've watched over their 12 weeks with us.

From Certificate II in Hospitality to RSA, RSG, and barista skills, this group put in the effort and came out the other side ready to take on new opportunities.
