Are you passionate about supporting communities, making a difference, and leading a dedicated frontline team? Kullarri Regional Communities Indigenous Corporation (KRCIC) is looking for a motivated and community-focused Coordinator to join our growing Aboriginal Community Connectors Program (ACCP).

We proudly deliver a range of services including Remote Australia Employment Services (RAES), Parent Pathways, Transition to Work (TtW), Driver Training, IAS Youth & Family Engagement, and Ngurra Buru (Broome Night Space).
π About the ACCP
The Aboriginal Community Connectors Program provides vital support services to vulnerable individuals, families, youth and community members by:
β’ Providing transport to safe places
β’ Supporting diversion from unsafe situations
β’ Connecting people with support services
β’ Assisting with mediation and de-escalation
β’ Helping community members participate in local events and activities
π₯ About the Role
As the ACCP Coordinator, you will:
β Coordinate day-to-day frontline service delivery
β Support and mentor ACCP staff
β Work closely with communities, Elders, WA Police and service providers
β Coordinate outreach activities and participant transport
β Support incident management and workplace safety
β Ensure services are culturally safe, trauma-informed and responsive to community needs
π Essential Requirements
β’ Current C Class Driver's Licence
β’ National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
β’ Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
β’ WA Passenger Transport Driver Authorisation (or eligibility to obtain)
β’ First Aid and Mental Health First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
β’ Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
β’ Experience in community services, outreach, program coordination or frontline service delivery
β’ Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment
