Our House is built on the Neighbourhood House principles of inclusive and equitable access for all. Would you know what to do in an emergency?

Join us on Thursday 25th June at 10:00am for a practical and engaging First Aid Course right here in Beaufort. Whether you're a parent, grandparent, volunteer, sports coach, community group member, or simply want the confidence to help when it matters most, this course is for you.

✅ Learn life-saving skills
✅ Gain confidence in emergency situations
✅ Understand CPR and basic first aid responses
✅ Suitable for community members of all ages

Knowing first aid can make all the difference while waiting for emergency services to arrive. The skills you learn could one day help save the life of a friend, family member, colleague, or neighbour.

Our much-loved yoga classes in Beaufort are at risk of coming to an end, and we're hoping our amazing community can help!

We're looking for someone with a passion for yoga and wellbeing to lead our weekly classes. You don't necessarily need formal qualifications – if you have yoga experience, confidence in guiding a group, and a genuine desire to help others improve their health and wellbeing, we'd love to chat.

Our yoga classes are more than just exercise. They provide:
🌿 A chance to move and stretch
🌿 Improved physical and mental wellbeing
🌿 Social connection and friendship
🌿 A welcoming and supportive environment for our community
