The Albury Showground will be closed to all Camping from Saturday, August 29 and will reopen on Wednesday, September 9 at 9 am. This is to allow for the 2026 outdoor show to be staged.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and we look forward to welcoming you back after the show

VALE WAL BLEZARD

It is with great sadness that the Albury Showground Land Manager Board acknowledges the passing of our long-time member and former President, Wal Blezard.
Over more than 50 years Wal made a vast contribution to the development and management of the Albury Showground as well as to Albury Show Society, the Albury Harness Racing Club and to the wider Agricultural Societies movement through his active involvement with the Agricultural Societies Council of NSW.
The Board extends it’s sincere condolences to Wal’s family and many friends.
