How to reach the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) for ESOI Touchdown 2026? 📍

Venue address:

Im Neuenheimer Feld 280, 69120 Heidelberg

🚆 Public transportation (recommended):
• From Heidelberg main station (Hauptbahnhof): Take a tram line 21 or 24 toward Handschuhsheim and exit at "Jahnstr.", or take bus line 20 or 32 toward Neuenheimer Feld and exit at "Kirschnerstrasse".
• From the city center (Bismarckplatz): Take tram line 21 or bus line 32 directly to the campus.

🚶‍♂️ Walking from the main station:
Easy 15-minute walk. Head north across Mittermaierstraße, cross the Ernst-Walz-Brücke over the Neckar river, turn left onto Jahnstraße, and follow Kirschnerstraße to the main entrance.

🚗 Arriving by car:
Parking in Neuenheimer Feld is limited, so public transport is highly encouraged. If driving, follow signs toward "Chirurgie/DKFZ" and use the public paid parking facilities nearby (such as parking garage P25, a 10-minute walk from the main building).

The Young Committees of ESOI, ESGAR, and EUSOMII invite trainees and early-career professionals (within 5 years post-training) to participate in a joint international survey evaluating both confidence levels and practical AI knowledge.

Why participate?

🔹 Directly shape future educational strategies across European imaging societies
