Intercessory Organisation Network Limited (ION) is raising funds to empower vulnerable youth, women, and smallholder farmers in Shanembe Village, Chibombo District, Zambia.

🌟 Successful Leadership Training Workshop! 🌟

Today, Intercessory Organisation Network Limited (ION) successfully hosted an inspiring Leadership Training Workshop on "Success Factors for a Learning Organization" at Balm Joyous Event Centre.

We were privileged to have Mr. Remo Bellucci from Italy facilitate the workshop, sharing practical insights on leadership, continuous learning, coaching, and building high-performing organizations. His wealth of experience challenged and inspired our volunteers to become servant leaders committed to making a positive impact in their communities.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all the volunteers who attended with enthusiasm, actively participated in the discussions, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to personal and professional growth.

This workshop marks another important milestone in strengthening our volunteer team as we continue to empower communities through leadership, skills development, innovation, and strategic partnerships.

Building Global Partnerships for Community Transformation

Today, I had the privilege of meeting with Mr. Remo Bellucci from Italy, an experienced international volunteer with extensive expertise in leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, and organisational development.

I am delighted to announce that Mr. Bellucci has confirmed his participation in our upcoming Kabile Skills Training Partnership workshops, where he will share his knowledge and practical experience with our volunteers and community members.

Statement of Condolences

Intercessory Organisation Network Limited joins the people of Zambia in mourning the passing of Dr. Guy Scott, former Vice President and former Acting President of the Republic of Zambia.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and all those whose lives were touched by his service to our nation. Dr. Scott dedicated many years to public service, and his contribution to Zambia's political history will be remembered.

During this time of grief, we pray that God grants his family strength, comfort, and peace. May the nation also find comfort as we reflect on the importance of selfless service and national unity.

Building Leaders. Empowering Entrepreneurs. Transforming Communities.

Intercessory Organisation Network Limited (ION) is pleased to announce two exciting capacity-building initiatives to be facilitated by our Volunteer Organisational Development and Partnerships Advisor, Mr. Remo Bellucci, during his visit to Zambia.

Leadership Development Workshop
This workshop will equip ION volunteers with practical skills in leadership, teamwork, coaching, communication, innovation, and organizational development to strengthen their effectiveness in community service.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Workshop

Registered youths from Shanembe Village, Chibombo District, will participate in an interactive training designed to help them identify opportunities, develop innovative business ideas, and apply the Lean Startup approach to create sustainable enterprises, with a strong focus on agriculture and rural livelihoods.

These initiatives reflect ION's commitment to investing in people, fostering innovation, and building resilient communities through knowledge sharing and strategic partnerships.
