JOU KERN ROL:
• Finansies: Volledige boekhouding tot proefbalans, bestuurstate, begrotings, kontantvloei-analise, krediteure, debiteure, donasie bestuur en daaglikse bankreko's.
• Salarisse & Statutêr: Payroll-administrasie, SARS eFiling (BTW/PAYE), COIDA en verslagdoening aan die Departement van Maatskaplike Dienste.
• Administrasie & HR: Krediteure/Debiteure, HR-administrasie (BCEA, dienskontrakte), en ondersteuning aan die Bestuurder en Beheerraad.

MINIMUM VEREISTES:
• Tersiêre kwalifikasie in Finansiële Bestuur, Rekeningkunde of Finansiële Administrasie.
• Minstens 5 jaar toepaslike ondervinding in ’n finansiële omgewing.
• Gevorderde kennis van SAGE / Pastel en SAGE Payroll Professional / VIP.
• Uitstekende Microsoft Excel- en Office-vaardighede.
• Basiese kennis van HR-prosesse en Arbeidswetgewing (BCEA).
• Geldige polisieverklaring (nie ouer as 6 maande nie) en kontakbare verwysings.

Meet our fourth Story of Hope. 💛

To respect her wishes and protect her privacy, we are sharing her journey without using her name or photograph.

She came into the care of House Andrew Murray at a very young age and grew up as part of the HAM family. Once a shy and introverted little girl, she has blossomed over the years into a bold, confident and determined young woman. 🌸

Today, she is a bright and self-disciplined matric learner who is living in the care of her grandmother. With continued support from HAM, she is also working towards obtaining her learner’s license as she prepares for the next chapter of her life.

She dreams of becoming successful, building a secure future and one day being able to care for her grandmother and siblings.

Her journey reminds us of what can happen when a child is surrounded by consistent care, encouragement and people who believe in their potential. Her future is beginning to fall into place, and we have every confidence that her dreams can become a reality. 💛

We are incredibly proud of the young woman she has become and look forward to seeing her continue to bloom.

This Women's Month, we honour and celebrate the incredible women who serve as coordinators for each of our 12 houses (6 boy houses; 6 girl houses) at HAM.

These are women that have a heart for others, connects us to our community and they serve behind the scenes making an impact in our children’s daily lives.

Meet *Tessa, our third Story of Hope. 💗

Growing up in Riebeeck, *Tessa experienced instability, trauma and difficult circumstances at home. In 2015, she was placed in a Child and Youth Care Centre, where she could receive the safety, stability and care every child deserves.

Adjusting to a new environment, being separated from her family and beginning school in Wellington was not easy. Yet, through it all, *Tessa has grown into a confident, respectful and compassionate young woman.

Sketching and the arts have become an important outlet for her creativity and self-expression, a space where she can use her talent and allow her voice to be heard.
Today, *Tessa is a determined and optimistic Grade 11 learner. Her goal is to complete school, obtain her National Senior Certificate and continue her studies. While she is still discovering the career path she would like to pursue, she dreams of building a meaningful, purposeful and independent future.

*Tessa’s story is one of strength, resilience and possibility. She reminds us that, with the right care, encouragement and support, every young person has the potential to create a hopeful future. 🌸

Meet *Monique, our second Story of Hope. 💚

For a long time, *Monique struggled to feel that she truly belonged. At House Andrew Murray, she found more than a safe place, she found a family, meaningful relationships and the confidence to embrace who she is.

Today, *Monique is a proud Grade 11 learner who is focused on her schoolwork, making positive choices and building a future filled with purpose.

She dreams of pursuing a career in Human Resource Management or becoming a Social Auxiliary Worker, where she can use her own experiences to support and uplift others.

*Monique’s journey reminds us of the difference that care, stability and a true sense of belonging can make in a young person’s life. 💛
