Are you and your partner a dynamic, multi-skilled hospitality team ready to run an exclusive five-star wilderness retreat?
We are seeking an exceptional Live-in Management Couple for an established, 10-bed syndicated luxury lodge. Reporting directly to the Chairman and Board of Directors, you will assume full responsibility for this premier property, delivering a highly personalised experience for high-net-worth shareholders and their private guests.

✨ WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Shareholder Relations: Warmly host guests and tailor the lodge setup to individual preferences.
• Field Guiding: Conduct professional, twice-daily game drives and guided bush walks.
• Administration: Manage the occupancy calendar, lodge expenses, invoicing, and procurement.
• Staff Leadership: Manage and motivate an intimate permanent team of three plus ad-hoc chefs.
• Asset Care: Hands-on maintenance of lodge buildings, grounds, and vehicles (Game Viewer).

💼 REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience managing a luxury safari lodge or high-end hospitality property as a couple.
• Guiding Partner: Min NQF4, valid DEAT/NDDT, backup trails guide, and PrDP.
• Admin/Hospitality Partner: Strong financial tracking, admin acumen, and elite hosting skills.
• Maintenance Skills: Hands-on mechanical and property maintenance skills for a remote environment.
• Communication: Confident interfacing with corporate board members and shareholders.

🎁 WHAT WE OFFER:
• Competitive salary starting at R45,000+ per month (negotiable based on experience).
