Can we just talk about how tired childcare providers actually are..
Constant noise.
Constant movement.
Constant responsibility.
Constant being “on.”
And then someone says, “Oh you just play with kids all day.
you don’t just play.
You regulate emotions.
You teach life skills.
You catch fevers that parents call “teething.”
You juggle group care when someone expects one on one.
You clean up messes no one sees.
You carry the emotional weight of tiny humans in your care.😊
And you still go home feeling like you didn’t do enough.🥲

This job is beautiful.
And it is hard.
If no one told you before.. what you do matter, and that is more than enough. ❤️❤️
