SterStatus The search is on! Do you dream of becoming a Celebrity? Then this is the perfect platform to kickstart your career in the limelight.

The SterStatus competition provides a platform, empowering young women to reach their dreams and make a difference. This competition are aimed at developing the skills of all finalists, not only the one or two who win in the end. Through various workshops, training and practical projects, finalists will learn skills that they can use in their own communities, regardless of the outcome of the competition. They will be quipped. We may not know what the future holds, but we don’t have to if we are the people who define it.

Christel Marais is an award winning Trauma Counsellor, influential individual and passionate advocate for helping people rediscover their strength, confidence and self-worth through some of life’s most difficult struggles.

Her commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others has earned her recognition both locally and internationally. Among her most recent accolades are the: “Olympus International HERA Award 2026” and the “South African Woman in Business Award 2026” - recognition that reflects her dedication, influence and determination to leave a lasting impact.

He is a South African entertainment and business professional, Head of Sales at Showtex South Africa, Latin & Ballroom instructor, MC, voice-over artist and pageant judge. With a career spanning corporate leadership, live events, modelling and pageantry, Liam brings a distinctive combination of confidence, professionalism and stage presence to everything he does.

In 2026, Liam was officially selected as a Top 16 finalist for Mister South Africa 2026, continuing his journey in one of South Africa’s leading male pageantry platforms. The Mister South Africa 2026 gala and crowning will take place at Vodacom World Events in Midrand on 14 November 2026.

Known for his charismatic personality and natural ability to connect with an audience, Liam is passionate about performance, personal development and creating opportunities that inspire people to step confidently into their own spotlight.
