SEEKING A KIND GESTURE FOR TATA NIMROB ❤️
Today, my heart is heavy.
Tata Nimrob is our centre’s security guard
(not employed by Helping Those In Need Charity Shop ), a gentle and kind-hearted man in his late 50s who has become so much more than just a security guard to us. He has become part of our family.
Tata spends most of his days around our charity shop, enjoying the company of our customers, volunteers and donors. He is always there with a smile, a kind word and a humble heart.
This weekend, while he was taking the refuse away, his wallet was stolen from him. His bank card was taken, and the thieves used it at various shops, spending over R2,000 — his entire salary for the month.
When I arrived and saw Tata, he was shattered. He was trembling, and seeing him in that state broke my heart. I could feel the tears coming as I realised that everything he had worked for that month was suddenly gone.
💔 I am pleading with our community for a kind gesture.
Please help us raise R2,000 for Tata Nimrob and show this precious man that kindness, compassion and humility still exist in this world.
