STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT: ANNOUNCEMENT OF WATER RESEARCH COMMISSION RDI CALL 2026-2027

The WRC invites its stakeholders to a webinar to announce and share the Water Research Commission RDI Call for 2026-2027. The engagements will provide a space for the WRC stakeholders to engage with the WRC team and ask questions relating to the RDI Call. The session is meant to provide an interactive platform whereby stakeholders will have an opportunity to input into the organisation’s research agenda.

The STAHY 2026 workshop brings together the international statistical
hydrology community for vibrant scientific discussions and debates on
advanced statistical methods for hydrological applications. We are
especially happy be joined by the International Commission of Groundwater
(ICGW) and the African Regional Committee for exciting exchange and
interdisciplinary sessions. Focusing on the broader scope of the Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs) established by the United Nations in 2015, the
theme of the workshop is expected to address several goals but are not
limited to Clean Water and Sanitation (SDG 6), Sustainable Cities and
Communities (SDG 11), Climate Action (SDG 13), and Life on Land (SDG 15).
