Yesterday was a good day.

We officially handed over the Flushing Toilets Pilot Project at Lehlaga Secondary School, in Maralaleng Village, Ga-Mphahlele.

For many people, flushing toilets are an everyday convenience. But for learners in rural Limpopo, where generations have only known unsafe, poorly maintained pit toilets, this is so much more than infrastructure.

It is dignity.

Poverty eradication doesn’t only begin with jobs or income. It begins with preserving people’s dignity. It begins when a learner can walk into a clean, safe toilet without fear, embarrassment, or shame. Those seemingly small moments shape confidence,wellbeing, and the belief that I matter too.

This is why we do what we do.

To everyone who made this possible, thank you for choosing to invest in the dignity of rural children. May this pilot be the beginning of many more schools where learners no longer have to compromise their safety or their self-worth.

Honoured to serve our community, our schools, and our learners in this way.

Talent lives everywhere, even where resources do not.

This weekend we did two things close to our hearts:

⚽ Donated soccer kits, sports gear, first aid kits and essential equipment to support the PayPoint Sport Academy in Lekurung.
In communities like ours , sport is not just a game. It builds discipline, confidence, health, teamwork and sometimes provides the only safe space for a young person to dream.

🏆 Celebrated the Top 50 Grade 12 learners in the Sepitsi Circuit that attend extra lessons at the Maths and Science Academy in Mochikung.
We honoured excellence. We called their names. We reminded them that hard work deserves recognition, even in villages where opportunities feel far away.

Growing up, many of us worked hard in silence. No applause. No spotlight. Just hope.

So now, we choose to be the ones who say,
We see you. We are proud of you. Keep going.

Whether on the soccer field or in the classroom, our children deserve resources, dignity and celebration.

Because rural excellence is still excellence.

We are conducting a youth unemployment research study in Ga-Mphahlele (ages 18–35) to better understand education levels, work experience, and barriers to employment.

This is a research initiative only. It does not guarantee jobs or training opportunities.

A few years ago, Ga-Mphahlele Home-Coming adopted a couple of learners from our very first Subject Choice Expo targeted at Grade 9 learners.

Sepitsi circuit recently celebrated Top 50 learners in the circuit and what a humbling experience to learn that 4 of our learners have made it.

It’s always great to when opportunity meets effort.

This is extremely inspiring and encouraging.
Just wanted to show you guys that the donations we always ask produce quality.

Today, matric class of 2025 took their pledge for the final examinations starting next week.
Matric result, especially for rural learners hold so much power to change the trajectory of one’s life.

The Ga-Mphahlele Home-Coming Team visited two schools today, to offer personalised and extend additional support.

We’ve created a WhatsApp line that supports rural learners through their matric exams and beyond; from study help to career guidance.
