We’ve been a bit quiet on social media with our progress but we have been making our way up Great North. Always so grateful when the grass stops growing so fast and we can pay attention to some of the finer details. We have cut and cleared the kerbing from the bottom of GN at the freeway. We are now almost finished up to Mercury. Not only moving the leaves out the road but also clearing the weeds, sand and stones that built up during summer.

On Friday morning something truly special happened.
With big thanks to Anton for coordinating this, we will be starting our next summer season with not one or 2 new brushcutters, but ELEVEN!!!!!! Plus a stunning new lawnmower!!

You might have noticed this transformation last week (I’m late with posting again 🙈). Laerskool Northmead contributed towards uplifting the area outside their school. These photos are from 5th Avenue and the intersections of 7th street and Wellington Street. Newly painted kerbing just looks sooooo good!!
