Good day, Observers
Hoping you are as excited as we are for the task and country duty before us. Our third and the second local government election.
This communique seeks to bring the necessary clarity, update and inform you of the logistics and distributions of the Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) tags and election Bibs, to all the Bambisa Family Society, Est 2008 independent, non-partisan, neutral, non-religious, apolitical, peacemakers and domestic election observers for the 2,3, and 4 November 2026 South African Government South African Local Government Association (SALGA).
Please take note of the following :-
Western Cape Government Province and the Observers, all 106 in the City of Cape Town
Date:- to be confirmed
Venue:- Mitchell's Plein Town Center Library
Details:- The 106 Bibs will be courier out of Gauteng and please note you can collect a Bib on behalf of someone else, the tags will be send via email and on our official WhatsApp chap group.

City of Joburg and West Rand District Municipality
Observers need to meet at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital between 9:00 am - 10:30 am below the bridge to receive their Bibs.
City of Ekurhuleni
Date:- Saturday, 31 October 2026
Observers need to meet at the Germiston Library Auditorium, Civic Centre between 11:30 - 12:00 to collect the Bibs and you may collect for someone else provided you communicated on the official group so everyone is aware and there is no confusion.

Observers need to meet at the Church of Scientology Pretoria between 13:00 - 14:00 to collect the Bibs and you may collect for someone else provided it is communicated in the official Gauteng Provincial Government Province WhatsApp for Business chat group, so we don't create confusion.
Please take note that all the IEC Observer Workshops Briefing and Training is completed by all our stakeholders, we hereby take the opportunity to thank them for once more joining our social compact, Friends Who Like Bambisa Family Society SA Youth Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator Scientology Volunteer Ministers in Africa Arusha Management Solutions and The Way to Happiness Foundation International and last but not least Scientology for opening up the venues since July to the 3 October Castle Kyalami Church of Scientology Cape Town Church of Scientology Johannesburg and in The city of Tshwane.
Please take note that you must be at the collection point because our next assignment on the day is the Soweto derby between Orlando Pirates Football Club vs Kaizer Chiefs the largest derby in SADC .
