All of the board of directors, staff and advisors are volunteers. Welcome to the Japanese American Living Legacy organization's website. JA Living Legacy was started in 2005 to help preserve the memories and experiences of the Japanese American community through the capturing of oral histories. It is our firm belief that the Japanese American experience is an important part of this country's history and must be shared to educate all Americans. We are a California non-profit organization specializing in the areas of veterans, agriculture and the community at large. We are pleased to offer our services to the Japanese American community.
