The Downtown Youngstown Partnership (DYP) is a group of business owners, professionals, community leaders, residents and public officials with a center focus of economic development and attracting, growing and retaining businesses in the downtown. Our mission is to foster an environment where businesses thrive, art flourishes, residents are abundant and community pride prevails. We will accomplish

this through developing and implementing innovative events, networking, projects and initiatives to attract and retain business and enhance the downtown community. DYPartnership is a strategic community partner and committee of Youngstown CityScape.
