Today, we honor and celebrate Juneteenth, a day that commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans and serves as a powerful reminder of the enduring pursuit of freedom, equality, and justice.

As we reflect on the sacrifices, resilience, and achievements of those who came before us, we also celebrate the rich history, culture, and contributions of African Americans throughout our communities and our nation.

May this day inspire us to continue building bridges of unity, uplifting one another, and working together to create a brighter future for generations to come.

Most importantly, we want all of our subordinate Lodges and Chapters to know how much they are loved and appreciated. The strength of St. Monica Grand Chapter and St. John Grand Council is built upon the dedication, hard work, and commitment of each subordinate body. Simply put, without you, there is no us.

As we continue to grow and serve, let us remember that we are one family. We must continue to love, support, encourage, and uplift one another at all times. Whether celebrating successes or facing challenges, we are stronger when we stand together. Let us continue to work in unity, respect each other’s contributions, and remain committed to our shared mission of service to our communities.

Together, we have built a legacy of excellence over the past 30 years, and together we will ensure that legacy continues for generations to come.

As we reflect on our Close Out Session held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of the Sisters of St. Monica Grand Chapter and the Brothers of St. John Grand Council PA/DE for making the day such a wonderful and memorable success.

To the Sisters of St. Monica Grand Chapter, thank you for your dedication, commitment, fellowship, and tireless service. Your love for our Order and our communities continues to shine brightly and serves as an inspiration to all.

To the Brothers of St. John Grand Council PA/DE, thank you for your continued support, partnership, and brotherly love. We deeply appreciate the relationship between our organizations and look forward to many more years of working together to serve our communities and strengthen our Masonic family.

This year marks a very special milestone as St. Monica Grand Chapter and our four subordinate chapters celebrate 30 years of service to the communities of Pennsylvania and Delaware. For three decades, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to charity, education, leadership, and community outreach. We are proud of the lives we have touched and the legacy we continue to build.

We would also like to recognize and celebrate our Dr. Beverly Daniels Youth Circle, whose young members represent the future of our organization. Their enthusiasm, growth, leadership, and commitment to service give us hope for tomorrow and remind us of the importance of investing in the next generation. We are incredibly proud of our youth and look forward to watching them continue to flourish.

The Close Out Session was a beautiful reflection of unity, friendship, service, and love. Thank you to everyone who attended, participated, and helped make the day a success. Your contributions and support are truly appreciated.

As we move forward, may we continue to work together in harmony, uplift one another, and remain committed to serving our communities with excellence.
