For we can not say thank you enough to Jeremyandkira Johns. Jeremy is unfortunately leaving the board, though we know we will always hold him in our hearts.

So they started at North Clark in the spring of 2020. Just before covid He helped coach the minors boys. He continued to help coach minors all the way up to Juniors every year and was even the manager of the 50/70 spring team. He started helping around the grounds in spring 2021 when we were coming out of covid with umpiring, mowing the grass, helping in the firework stand and any other little small oddball jobs the board needed done. It wasn't until 2023 spring that He joined the board as the field maintenance member.
That's when the real fun began... 😉
There was a lot of things that needed to be done. One big thing was the batting cage to be built, he took that on completely and did a HUGE % of the work on it. Another project that same year was to replace the roofs and new gutter systems on field 2 dugouts those two projects took that winter and the following year to be get completed. Followed up by the field lights that needed trenching and coordinating with Ken to get done as well as getting the fields prepped for new grass. Finally building a good new relationship with the City of Yacolt and Terry, Jeremy was the glue. There's a Million other small stuff in between all of those bigger projects. Lights on the clubhouse, maintenance to the clubhouse. New tools for around the property. New fencing etc etc.
👨 Man, we know we couldn't have done it without you! Thank you Jeremy for the untold, unsung hours you have spent on the things some overlook, though are 100% ESSENTIAL to keep this league in operation.
