As this is all of the current volunteer opportunities to earn your cord volunteer hours. There will be more to come, but we have several to get you started.

Please help give back to the community and earn your hours by signing up today. Some of these are re-occurrin, so you can sign up for multiple dates.

Parents, remember, when the activities are off campus, your child MUST be accompanied by an adult.

These organizations need our help, so please help by signing up on the sign up's.

A reminder to all 7th & 8th grade students. You have an opportunity to give back to the community and gain your cord volunteer hours. We are scheduled to help Amazing Grace Food Pantry this Sat Sept 5th. We have several slots left. Let's team up to help those in our community in need. Grab a friend and have fun while helping others. Teamwork makes the dream work. Sign up here and don't forget to fill out the cord check in sheet as well to record your hour(s).

Happy Tuesday!
Hope this finds you all well. Hard to believe we are at the beginning of the school year.

I wanted to reach out and introduce myself as the new Community Outreach & Cord Program Chair. I have a 7th grader and looking forward to working with all of the students and parents this year. Please find a flyer attached, which will get us started for the year. I will be communicating as new collaborations are made. So, look for reminders, new events and cord information in the coming weeks.

As a reminder, the first membership meeting is Mon September 14th, at 7p in the library. Students do get a volunteer hour for this meeting, so if your student(s) are a member of the PTA, they can attend our membership meeting and get some hours for taking part. Their feedback is so important and we would love to hear from the students PTA members, so mark those calendars now.

One more reminder, if the events are not on school property, a parent is required to be in attendance at the volunteer event. Don't forget to have your students fill out the cord volunteer form which is also attached.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me, if you have any questions or concerns.

Attention Burnett families! Just a quick reminder that we have our last PTA Membership Meeting of the year tonight at 7:00 PM in the Burnett Library. We’d love to see both parents and students there! Students—don’t forget, attending the meeting and submitting your hours through the check-in form earns you 1 cord point. It’s an easy way to get involved and stay on track. Can you believe we are almost at the end of the 25/26 school year?! 🎉 The last day is May 21st, which means this is your FINAL PUSH to get those volunteer points turned in!

⏰ All points must be logged in the check-in form by May 1st ⏰

🎓 8th Graders: Don’t forget—you need a total of 40 points (from 7th + 8th grade) to earn your Cord of Distinction! You are SO close… don’t stop now!
