Hidden Pastures At Hidden Pastures Farm (501c3), learning with horses is more than skills—it's about connection, growth, and self-discovery.

Our programs welcome individuals of all abilities and ages to explore horsemanship for knowledge, healing, or a new adventure. We aspire to create a sanctuary where individuals can find solace, healing, and a renewed sense of connection. Our family has found peace, comfort, and healing through our animals and we want to share that with the community. Being veterans we understand that "Not all Wounds are Visible" and some of us live with very active sensory and nervous systems. We hope that you find our quiet little place as welcoming and peaceful as we do. And you get some great goat, horse, and kitten kisses along the way.

It’s official — our 5th Annual Fall Open House is coming back to Hidden Pastures.

This year, we’re celebrating with Holiday at the Farm on Saturday, November 7 from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Santa and Mrs. Claus are returning, and we’ll have local vendors, pony rides, farm friends, seasonal fun, and plenty of reasons to spend the day with us.

This is a free community event, and we’re excited to open the farm back up for one of our favorite traditions of the year.
Mark your calendar. Invite your people. Come spend the day at the farm.

This is what past attendees have said about "Grounded in Gratitude," and this fall, I'm bringing it to a new home, Hidden Pastures, in Wylie.

No riding, no experience needed. Just an afternoon with the herd to remember what steady actually feels like before the holidays ask for more than you have left.

It's October. Your calendar is already bracing for the holidays, and somewhere under the to-do lists, you've stopped noticing how tightly you're holding everything together.

Horses don't care about your title or how well you perform "fine." They respond to what's actually true in your body, and an afternoon with them tends to tell you the truth faster than any pep talk you'd give yourself.

No riding. No experience needed. Just a field, the herd, and permission to stop holding it together for a little while.
