⚾💚 What an incredible night at Latino Heritage Night with the Worcester Bravehearts! 💚⚾

El Buen Samaritano Food Program was honored to be part of this special celebration of our Latino community.

A heartfelt thank you to Worcester Bravehearts President Matt Vaccaro for his leadership, friendship, and support of our mission. We are grateful for the opportunity to share the work of EBS with the community and to build meaningful partnerships that help us serve more families in need.

We are also incredibly proud of our Executive Director, Mari Gonzalez, who did an amazing job throwing out the ceremonial first pitch! What a special moment representing the thousands of families, seniors, veterans, and children we serve throughout Worcester.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support the event and celebrate with us. Together, we continue to make a difference in the lives of our neighbors facing food insecurity.

We are honored to be this year’s nonprofit partner for this special celebration of culture, community, and baseball.

Our Executive Director, Mari Gonzalez, will be throwing out the first pitch, and a portion of the special Los Bravos Jersey Auction will benefit El Buen Samaritano Food Program and help us continue serving families facing food insecurity throughout Worcester.

Because of your dedication, hard work, and commitment to serving others, together we were able to help over 2,500 individuals and distribute more than 10,000 pounds of food to families in our community.

💜💚 Hunger Relief Organization Isn’t Just About Food — It’s About People. 💚💜

At El Buen Samaritano Food Program, Inc., we believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Today, despite the dangerous heat, our volunteers, staff, and community partners came together to ensure that families, children, and seniors had access to healthy food and essential resources. Because hunger doesn’t take a day off, and neither do we.

Every bag packed, every box distributed, every smile shared, and every act of kindness makes a difference.

We are honored to serve our community and grateful for the trust families place in us each week.

Thank you to everyone who volunteers, donates, prays, and supports our mission. Your generosity allows us to continue fighting food insecurity and bringing hope to those who need it most.

💚 EBS Lincoln Food Pantry Update 💚🥕

Today’s food distribution at our Lincoln Village location was a huge success!

📅 June 10, 2026
🏠 149 households were served, helping hundreds of individuals and families access healthy, nutritious food.

Families received over $200 worth of groceries, helping stretch household budgets during these challenging times.

Our next food distribution will be:

📅 Wednesday, June 24, 2026
⏰ 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

We are here every other Wednesday serving our community with dignity, compassion, and love.

📢 Friendly Reminders:
✅ Please bring your own bags
✅ Rolling carts are highly recommended
✅ Bring help if possible
✅ No ID required
✅ Bring a bottle of water — lines can be long and temperatures can be hot
