The Worcester Kindergarten Initiative is a program of the Massachusetts Farm to School Project and the Worcester Public Schools. It helps children understand how and where food is grown, and learn about nutrition through local food tastings, farm and farmer visits, healthy snacks, classroom lessons and activities, cooking demonstrations and take home produce and information packages.
