Some goodbyes are bittersweet, and this one’s a big one. 💙 Next week marks Coach Will’s last week with us, and we couldn’t let him go without saying everything he means to this team. 🫶🏽
Will was our very first full-time hire — Director of Coaching in Connecticut — back when “the team” was a much smaller thing. He poured himself into our kids and coaches, earned a promotion, and then took a real leap of faith: packing up and heading to Massachusetts to build that business with us from the ground up. That kind of trust and grit doesn’t come around often. 💪🏽
Oh, and his birthday was yesterday — so he’s officially OLD now. 🎂😄 Happy belated, Will. 🥳
Thank you for everything. Once a part of this family, always a part of it. ⚽
